Small company that needs more customer and a broader product offering

The training provided by Xerox was excellent. Unfortunately, DMC does not use it.

Unreasonable, overly demanding, and condescending owner/agent. His behavior borders on contributing to a hostile work environment. The owner lied to me in my interview about my predecessor stating that "She was staying with the company, but she'll be working in a different capacity". Not true. After the Xerox training, NO agency training is provided, and they do nothing in the manner you were taught to do in the Xerox training. Extremely subpar salary, and commissions take over two weeks to receive. No mileage allowance provided, and you are required drive a minimum of 300 miles per week. You will probably spend a minimum of $250 per month on gas alone. No benefits to speak of, with the exception a low grade, high cost medical policy, and if you need to use it, you are treated like a pariah. Biggest mistake of my professional life.
