Great coworkers. Well-established products. Headquarter is in a prime area.

Average salary. Some positions are hard to grow. Managers don't know what they are supposed to know, and aren’t good at coaching people. They are very rigid on 4 days in the office, wfh extremely limited. The company is very short-staffed but chose not to hire more people. Current employees have to take on more responsibilities because of that. Managers fire people in front of the whole department. Their leaderships are unprofessional, disoriented and hierarchical.
