Pros
Great place to get training in the field. However your time on the road should not be volunteer. Mileage is there but you must accept every load and send mac 10 if not dispatched.
Cons
Swift figures out every way possible to not compensate the driver for services performed. Whether it be detention, mileage, reimbursement, or weight tickets... etc.
