Inconsistent mid level management, as a direct report emails, calls and VM typically went unanswered by immediate manager. Unchecked bios actions and continuous policy/protocol violations prevailed at management level by same manager openly. This manager had 7 direct reports leave Swift Transportation during my 3 year employment including myself.
