1. Low salaries 2. Almost no standard c/c++ libraries are used in development, mostly SwiftTest proprietary ones. So you don't become familiar with standard classes and functions and thus it is slightly harder for you to leave SwiftTest, because it is more difficult to pass interview in other companies (you can show your logic, experience in some network protocols, but no experience with standard libs). 3.
