Pros
Air conditioning is available during the summer... technically. Unfortunately, it leaks water onto whoever sits underneath it, so it stays turned off most of the time.
Cons
The most toxic workplace I've ever seen. Hostile atmosphere throughout the engineering team, including the Spring Boot backend engineer and the tech lead. Shouting matches between employees were treated as normal. The toilet was locked and only accessible with a key because someone had previously left it in an unusable state.
