      A lot of new problems to solve Cutting edge technologies

      Cons

      The Architects Over engineer a lot of time, and later confess to learning it the hard way A lot of internal politics happens when the team settles, once the real problems are solved, they just need to maintain software, so they can get low paid employee and degrading the culture makes that possible without layoff

      Pros

      Nice meeting a few co-workers.

      Cons

      Toxic culture, Lack of communication, training was a nightmare. Desperate for people to work there. No breaks, 15 minute lunches, disrespectful to new employees, and their time. I cant say enough negatives because there's too many.
