      the only pros I can say is salary on time

      Cons

      No work culture and no training and no proper guidance and they are simply push for targets and we have to complete target in ads and discounts and no timing for work they start by 10 if monday office day it will go till 10 or 11 pm.

      Pros

      Nice meeting a few co-workers.

      Cons

      Toxic culture, Lack of communication, training was a nightmare. Desperate for people to work there. No breaks, 15 minute lunches, disrespectful to new employees, and their time. I cant say enough negatives because there's too many.
