      Pros

      i was integrated into the internship programm and could do interesting stuff

      Cons

      working hours were not so flexible because of the Betriebsrat. I was not allowed to work more than 9 hours per day. So instead of two days with 10 hours I had to work 2,5 days and hat more travel time and costs!
