      Pros

      Friendly folks, a mix of former teachers and creative personalities. Good for early learners.

      Cons

      Culture can be intense - almost cult like. 24/7 Slack postings and 95% extroverts. Lots of guilt & peer pressure tactics used to tame high workloads. If you don't "fit in" and jump for joy everyday - you will not last long.

      Pros

      Supportive to all employees from the top (CEO) down (including direct management). Positive and flexible working environment. They have a vested interested in their employees well-being. Talented and hard working people (team), with managers who support and NOT mettle in the people and processes. As the newest member ...I was totally supported and nurtured, very rare in majority of companies.

      Pros

      A company that cares about their employees, work-life balance and encourages you to bring new ideas to the table. They are open to providing help and work was decent as a first-work term.

      Cons

      Work is not something I would do in the future, but it provides a good base to apply to future positions.
