Made great connections, was introduced to a wide variety of experiences, hourly pay. Wonderful place to co-op. Engineers went out of their way to offer advice and mentoring.
Cons
Was moved around a lot, didn't always have one solid project since I was an intern (not a co-op).
Awesome pay and benefits, its small so its possible to know everyone's names on your shift.
Cons
They promise an employee review after 3 months....yeah that's bologne. There are people who waited 4 years for a review before they got one. If you ask about a review after your 3 months disciplinary actions ensue. I was given a warning with extension of my trial period for "mistreating fellow coworkers". You could talk to any of my previous employers and know its not true. I've always been very nice and overly cooperative with coworkers.
Funny how nothing was said until I asked about a 3 month review...same thing happened to 4 other people all around the same time as me.
Honestly they act like you can easily move up in the company but they are just like most...if you are good where you are they will keep you there.
When the big wigs from Germany come to check on the place everything is completely different than what it is normally. They hide our production numbers...why I'm not sure since usually the numbers are above rate. Just sketchy to me.
