      Cool people to work with. Small teams.

      Cons

      Went through major change where they got very serious about sales metrics. Did not handle the transition well. Things were always changing and they were not holding themselves and management accountable, but would rather just chalk up the high turnover to the new system

      Pros

      I have a contracted job at a big company that values me. Not Swoon.

      Cons

      Low pay. No paid holidays. 5 days to use as vacation or sick time. No communication to see how things are going at the company I work at. The company I work at authorizes a pay raise and Swoon takes more of the raise than they give to me. Health insurance offered does not cover anything major that may happen.
