Pros
I have had a wonderful experience contracting through Swoon Technology. The staff is very friendly and always extremely helpful and diligent. I would refer anyone to work with Swoon when in the job market.
I have a contracted job at a big company that values me. Not Swoon.
Cons
Low pay. No paid holidays. 5 days to use as vacation or sick time. No communication to see how things are going at the company I work at. The company I work at authorizes a pay raise and Swoon takes more of the raise than they give to me. Health insurance offered does not cover anything major that may happen.
