      Pros

      - Working at a small company like Swrve allows our opinions and ideas to be taken seriously. It is nice to work somewhere that allows us to have an impact on the business. - The people at Swrve are extremely supportive. Even during a pandemic, other employees made a great initiative to keep in touch. We had virtual game nights, scavenger hunts, and zoom yoga.
