There are no pros. Since the day I joined, all they've done is brag about everything but there's no real substance. NO BENEFITS.

Toxic environment, unethical leadership. No real collaboration, they ask for input but only do what they want. Constant bragging, no professionalism.

terrible bosses. Always miscommunication. Trust issues with their staff. Micromanage.
