I was employed F/T from 2017-2020. I got to work with all types of people from young children to adults in the FSP and wraparound program. I had an amazing, dedicated and passionate team who loved what they were doing. The support was definitely there from supervisors. I was able to get all my hours done and decided to seek other opportunities which is why I left.

the pay was on the lower range and there were days that were long due to crisis calls....documentation at times complicated due to LA DMH guidelines which sometimes can take away from the clinical work. Pressure to keep up with billable time and work. I saw some Clinicians burnt out and seek opportunities that had better work/life balance.
