Not the worst job in the world - Retail Sales Representative Sydney Tools Employee Review

There is literally nothing positive to say about this company.

It’s not possible to overstate how bad it was working at this company. - Toxic micromanagement starting from the top and trickles down to all areas of the business - Not a safe or respectful place for women, members of the LGBTQIA+ community, or men who aren’t misogynistic - Job titles mean nothing, there have been instances of management moving someone, from a generalist role to a specialist position, without experience or education in the specialisation. - Excessively high turnover rate across all departments. - They create fake “positive” reviews to try and boost their overall score. If this isn’t enough of a red flag then you’re beyond help.

- Bad hours, an 11 day fortnight is too much - Low Salary - Targets are unrealistic, only works if you have regular client accounts. - No commission structure which they claims is because they do a pay review every 6 months. It's a scam, as their targets are unrealistic. So, you'll likely never see an increase, none of my colleagues did. - Too much micromanagement - Too many managers and not enough workers.
