Syfter is a fun and fast paced company. I have been working here for less than 6 months and have been given the opportunity to grow very rapidly. I report directly to the CEO and he's very hand-on. He makes sure things are done correctly before taking a chance on making a huge mistake. The environment is perfect for someone that is either looking to start their career in recruitment, or experienced professionals. Management has a ton of experience in the industry and are a group of really cool people. This is a great place to grow. I couldn't be more excited to be a part of the Syfter family!
