I was initially drawn to Sylvamo during the spinoff because of its stability and strong culture. After the 2024 restructuring, the direction of the organization shifted, and I realized it was the right time to explore opportunities that align more closely with my long‑term growth.
Cons
Limited leadership effectiveness, minimal merit increases, and promotions were rarely prioritized. Growth opportunities within the organization were very limited.
