      The view and the physical property is amazing.

      Cons

      Severe Micro-Management. Owner has no interest in employee betterment. She will fire you if you speak up about an issue that goes against her beliefs. Uses guilt as a way to get her employees to fold and do as she wishes. She has zero personnel skills and is constantly undermining her core staff. No benefits offered. Lowest pay in the area. If you enjoy being lied to and watching a legacy die, this is the place for you.

      Pros

      Beautiful scenery with great staff. Great programs for the guests. Kitchen staff is hardworking and very accomodating.

      Cons

      Needs middle managment badly. Needs structure. Zero organization or training. Owner needs to let the ranch be run by a proper managment company. Failure to adhere to food safety practices and liquor laws for Colorado. Overall needs a facelift and some $$ minor renovations.
