      Pros

      The manager there really listens to what you have to say about the students. They are fairly flexible about the work schedule especially for students.

      Cons

      I was not a fan of the tutoring format. When there are students with learning disabilities they require more attention than we can give them when tutoring multiple students at once.

      Pros

      I enjoyed the work I did do. Working with the children and helping with teachers was fun and I got to socialize quite often with staff and students.

      Cons

      I was fired for missing one shift because my mother ended up in an accident. I did not get to explain myself for missing said shift and was told to think about my actions for 4 days before being let go. Extremely unprofessional.
