Pros
Working with children and helping them achieve their goals.
Cons
Corporate only cares about money. They will sacrifice providing decent educational support to keep what they make in their pockets. The people that manage the directors who run corporate centers are just as bad. Certified teachers are coveted, but their pay doesn't reflect it. As a director, there is no work life balance; you are expected to be on call all 6 days the center is open. You will also get written up for not recommending something that would make the company more money, even if it wasn't in the best interest of the child. If your district manager doesn't like you, they will try to get you fired and lie to do so. There is no room more upward movement since the corporate staff are younger and get paid too much and do too little to leave.
