Cons
Understandably, some communication needs to be shared and some needs to be kept private at the executive level. In the past, it seems some employees felt distrust with executives, but that seems to be open and transparent from my perspective. Health insurance has a deductible, but the first half covered by company which reduces the deductible cost. Dimly lit warehouse converted to office space, but improvements are being made to the facilities.
