      great people to work with compensation is competitive with market previous experience and skills are valued

      Sometimes things move too quickly and so there is a lot of process that changes daily. Would be beneficial is some areas to slow down a little and get it right in the beginning so there isn't so much constant change in process and procedure which can be overwhelming for teams. needs to define company culture
