      Pros

      - Ownership - Management is supportive

      Cons

      - Ownership (if you're somewhat competent, you'll be the one leading / owning projects) - Silos; often times, communication in project teams is disjointed, creating gaps of understanding. - Teamwork: severely lacking. See comment regarding ownership above. - Lack of proper project lifecycle management - Communication: a common problem amongst many - often you spend more time trying to dissect what someone is trying to communicate than the topic at hand.

      Pros

      well organized, friendly environment within focus on further development, encouraged to explore, add on great experience

      Cons

      shifts fluctuate, not offered full time well its a part time medium but its a nature of job

      Pros

      Excellent project framework and planning. Probably one of the best in the industry. You can work from home some days if you actually need to, but mostly it’s in office which is fine for me. Colleagues are such a good time. Some VP’s and managers are amazing and very fair and friendly.

      Cons

      Too political and unfair promotions are common. Some VP’s and managers are arrogant and fail to do their jobs properly.
