Management team does not accept change. Environment created by management is toxic and competitive to the point that members within team do not trust each other. Everyone is on edge due to the impossible goals we are trying to meet. Management will use employees to reach their goals even if that means sacrificing their individual goals. Sales isn’t held responsible for the relationship management piece of this job, new business is expected and pushed to uphold this, in addition to meeting stringent processing and quality goals.
Pass/Fail quality system is not good for anyone, ever (except maybe less work for the quality team itself). Send a complete case to quality, make one error on something that doesn’t even affect the policy, receive a 0% for the whole case.
