Symetra places employee growth at the forefront as we want our employees to be forever students, constantly learning and growing in their careers as they wish. In the last 12 months, 26% of employees in our Call Center were promoted to other departments (as of November 2023).
To further promote growth opportunities, Symetra has recently launched Career Hub as our internal career center that is a one-stop shop for professional growth and career planning, providing courses, projects and jobs based on employees’ skills.
