Badgered to behave like others. Peers try to throw you under the bus to get attention off of themselves, or to not be held accountable. Everyone jockeying to be the favorite. Company looking to use your brand/network to further their efforts/make them look good. Advancement seems to take 5 - 7 years. CEO stated if you want to advance, find your own backfill!!
