The usual growing pains of a startup! Made harder by trying to grow profitably and sustainably.

Salary was pretty good, everyone at the company was super friendly, work life balance was great.

Executive leadership is painfully inexperienced and the board is failing to steer the company in the right direction. The software engineering is intern level quality and the product is very difficult for customers to use. Company prefers to fire people and then just never acknowledge it.
