      The apprenticeship program is incomparable. It’s free, you learn a lot, and you get to practice hands on what you learn.

      Cons

      Every superintendent I’ve met is extremely rude. They treat you differently because you’re new and you’re getting the hang of how the systems work. The superintendent’s assistants are just as bad. Expect to be treated poorly. It seems fun for them to make fun of you.

      Exceptional work environment, lots of career advancement opportunities and company provided training. Great people and team who really care about each other and their customers. Top notch benefits, bonuses, completely paid health insurance, and they even give me my birthday off with pay.

      High growth company with high expectations. If you want to be complacent, this company may not be a good fit for you, but if you are looking to advance, grow in a career and make more money, they offer the right opportunity.
