Pros

great back end with Beyond Finance, also get to work from home.

Cons

Gary Lozano is very condescending and claims to be a man of faith, yet everything that comes out of his mouth is everything but that, he is a know at all & you will not have peace working with Gary as he will pick you apart like a little kid with magnifier glass, and also lower comp plan every 6 months, Houston acts like a nice guy, but he will also lie to your face with a smile, a bit of good cop bad cop, only people who work here understand. Also Symple Lending is a bait and switch company who does not offer any loans.

Pros

The job really helps you build confidence talking to people and handling clients face to face. You learn a lot about sales, communication, and staying organized. The team was supportive and the training made it easier to understand the process. It’s also nice if you like being out and not stuck at a desk all day.

Cons

It can get a bit challenging at times, especially when working toward goals. You’re also interacting with a lot of different clients throughout the day, which can be tiring.

Pros

They train you well to be able to sell the product. Select few managers are on your side. Ability to make decent checks (see below)

Cons

They sell the dream. They use top performers who lie, misrepresent and manipulate to make you think you can do it too. As soon as training is done, they feed you with great leads. Fast forward a few months, and the leads get worse and worse. Meanwhile, the new hires are getting the same good leads that you once had. Revolving door. If they like you then you won’t get fired. But when a company grows by 300% in 4 months and does not have the infrastructure to sustain the new added growth, it falls. Hard to stay positive when income drops by 80-90% and you are working twice as hard.
