All lies - Anonymous employee Synaptic Employee Review

You’re constantly lied to. You’re told you will make up to 75k within a year. Not true. You’re told that sales has no impact on your growth. Not true. You’re specifically told NOT to talk to your fellow coworkers. If you do, said employees conveniently disappear. All they want are a bunch of robots that sell their products in Sams Club and Costco. You literally make $8.25 an hour and there is no chance of a raise. You make commission on products sold but other than that, pay is very low. Oh and they deduct your hourly pay from your commission. If you do accept a position with this company, just know that you will not work more than 6 hours a week for at least three weeks.
