Fairly transparent (sales #s, feedback and product developments), great product suite and impressive client list, intelligent workforce for the most part, excellent presale support, keep you well fed and lots of leads generated by smart marketing.
Cons
Spend a lot of time explaining and giving away free license to potential leads, very high turnover, deals split and taken over arbitrarily, sales model changed regularly including penalizing top earners under auspices of rarely-met team goals, get ready for regular disputes with loyal customers over usage.
