Pros
- exposure to senior leadership (CEO, CFO, etc. - everyone) is unbelievable, and actually really, really, impressive - opportunities are made available to us that aren't made available to most company employees (they range from travel to the aforementioned senior leadership exposure) - the ability to work on three different teams in your first two years is an awesome opportunity - having a say at a company as large as SYF is unheard of for a new grad, yet somehow we've got that opportunity
Cons
- program leadership isn't the most transparent, though they're working hard to smooth out the wrinkles in the program (first launched in 2015) - different tracks have very different experiences (quality-wise); certain track owners are better than others, certain tracks earn more, etc. - it's unclear to us how they're going to handle transitioning into full-time positions
