Senior leadership feels distant and uninvolved with the day-to-day realities of the engineering teams.

The work is challenging, and there are learning opportunities.

They say they are flexible, but just instituted a rule that the current employees must be 60 miles or 60 minutes from a hub location. This means current employees can not post for internal jobs. Best place to work is a joke. The workload is overwhelming, and there is no work-life balance. Old GE mindset. Horrible benefits.
