Pros
Everything is good. I mean every single thing! I like it. I would love to join/ work there again. But there is a Big "but" and that "but" let me go. Because I care for myself. I'm worth more and people working there deserve more!
Cons
You know, I understand that there is and always will be a salary thing in every company. I get that but the salary is below the similar industry standards. I joined looking for an exit with a learning experience and I did what I planned. If I was getting and average pay I would have worked my sweat off and get a raise but the salary was so little that even if you get a raise you are on average or below which made look for an exit. Anyway, I met a lot of dedicated managers and great people there. Salary was very tiny that I managed to use money very well hahaha.
