Management and employees of the majority race are terribly prejudiced against those the 10% who they hire of a deferent race. And are treated cruelty. Training is awful. They don’t care if you don’t untersnd what the are teaching and teachers will help you cheat to get you through training for their benefit only and set you up to fail for not training you properly. Managers intentionally trick their employees into making a mistake and use that opportunity to fire you. Don’t trust them and keep a copy of every email you have with Managers to protect yourself.
