Pros
Synchrony has an amazing work environment and great company culture. They don't require you to go into the office, but if you live by one, you can go in and enjoy events and office connection days. It has tons of great benefits and everyone is an open door. For being a bank its super laid back and has been voted one of the best companies to work for in the US.
Cons
It can be hard to work your way up in the company. A key to getting promoted is through networking and being a part of the diversity networks.
