Great fellow engineers, broad scope of responsibilities presents infinite learning opportunities, MAF is a really cool place to have the privilege of attending daily. Every other Friday off of work.
Cons
Very cheap company; below market comp and miserly “bonuses.” Management doesn’t have power to really help their engineers, practically.
HR rules the company with an iron fist. I was laid off by HR without input from (or notification to) my boss, who had given me very good performance reviews.
Pay does not keep up with inflation. No real job title progression for engineers. Subpar health coverage, very high deductible.
