Pros

The CEO is not the easiest person to work with but I found him well intentioned. Most of the senior team is very capable as well. The people in general are great, very fun and capable.

Cons

This is a place of limited opportunities. More responsibility usually means more of the same and usually repetitive work but there can be some exceptions. Even when promised opportunities to do something closer to your interests or career ambitions this almost never materializes. Each team within the company has its own issues but there are definitely some common themes across the board: 1) understaffed teams and overstretched people 2) information relating to each team withheld from its members and communicated mainly through the grapevine 3) constant nagging 4) emlpoyees feeling that they are not being taken seriously but rather brushed off when they raise their concerns and suggest improvements 5) pressure to deliver more without being supported by the company - unrealistic KPIs that make little sense 6) unhelpful processes like 360 reviews that create even more tension 7) systems and processes that are highly problematic and make the business prone to some rather embarassing cockups 8) Really low remuneration and zero benefits

Pros

High impact work, interesting challenges to solve, never monotonous, supportive, approachable, flexible and understanding team, ability to work remotely

Cons

Smaller team - this means there's a lot of scope for learning, growth and autonomy, though this may feel overwhelming for people who may prefer more structured guidance
