Pros
My LM is great and my current study team is great. My workload is heavy (it’s a CRO CRA role, after all) but not completely unreasonable
Cons
Like all big CROs it is a meat grinder and it can quickly become overwhelming if your LM does not advocate for you Higher pay would be nice but in the current market it is fair
