Pros
Work life balance is more well balanced then 2 years ago. Work from home some days of the week available. 1 week PTO between Christmas and New Years.
Cons
Benefits have plummeted this year and expected to be worse next year. Too many projects for 1 person to take on. Difficult to be promoted now, with new job requirements. I have not been given a bonus since started almost 3 years ago. Just yearly merit raise, which amounts to nothing.
