Pros
The work culture at Syneos is fantastic! I felt very welcomed when I started. I believe that it also pays better than competitors.
Cons
For my particular position, working from home is almost impossible. After 6 months, you get 1 day work from home, then at 18 months you get 2 days work from home. You can also get on a bad project team where they do not foster your development in the position.
