      Great team with supportive individuals

      Cons

      No progression, everything is based on the US meeting their numbers, they miss - you get nothing. No incentives, lots of long hours, and processes with not a lot of gain. Working for 2.5 years with 0 progression to date, but increased revenue.

      You are never bored due to constant work

      Cons

      Lab is run horribly. Sample Management never sees promotions. Starting salary is good and then you’re trapped in quicksand. I was graded as the highest possible rating for my merit increase and got a $0.26 hourly increase. The company doesn’t care about everyone working on the back end of studies.
