      Large company with a lot of hiring

      Cons

      Leadership is awful. They don’t care about you or your goals. They should have left the company the way it was before and what they get away with without HR doing anything to investigate is crazy. Find leaders who care about you group and support changes for the better and not scared of the BU leaders who don’t understand staffing.

      You are never bored due to constant work

      Cons

      Lab is run horribly. Sample Management never sees promotions. Starting salary is good and then you’re trapped in quicksand. I was graded as the highest possible rating for my merit increase and got a $0.26 hourly increase. The company doesn’t care about everyone working on the back end of studies.
