      Nothing is here, Never suggest to join this.

      1. Hiring people for just 7-8 month and then ask to leave the company or fire them. 2. Very less salary 3. No extra allowances 4. No proper management 5. Hike is very very less 6. No policy to retain employees 7. Minimum 9 hour login like call centre 8. Ask to do non technical work 9. Working weekends 10. No work life balance

      Great line Management structure. They really care about the full person.

      You are never bored due to constant work

      Cons

      Lab is run horribly. Sample Management never sees promotions. Starting salary is good and then you’re trapped in quicksand. I was graded as the highest possible rating for my merit increase and got a $0.26 hourly increase. The company doesn’t care about everyone working on the back end of studies.
