      Work-life balance, positive and energetic work environment, budget for personnel development, sufficient leaves, encouraging and transparent HR policies, flexibility of working time

      Cons

      Due to merger with Syneos the processes are still to be on one place which is usual. Found nothing that can be seriously disliked.

      You are never bored due to constant work

      Cons

      Lab is run horribly. Sample Management never sees promotions. Starting salary is good and then you’re trapped in quicksand. I was graded as the highest possible rating for my merit increase and got a $0.26 hourly increase. The company doesn’t care about everyone working on the back end of studies.
