Good Experience, Poor Internal Support - Anonymous employee Syneos Health Employee Review

HR is non-existent. If you ever have a benefits question or anything related to HR it never gets appropriately answered. There's not really a central contact. You have to use an inundated AskSyndi program on Syneos website and converse with what seems to be a bot. Was misled about the health benefits when my original offer came in. The Health benefits are not good. To achieve a full 401k match you typically have to take on a second, even third Syneos contract after your original is up. Most of their systems are outdated. I'm on my 5th month on my contract and still don't have my company vehicle (still in rental).
