      Overall, the company offers flexible working benefits and a very good health insurance benefits.

      Cons

      Need better onboarding training for new hires, and better career progressions within, positions are very limited. Benefit packages are also not within market value against competitors.

      You are never bored due to constant work

      Cons

      Lab is run horribly. Sample Management never sees promotions. Starting salary is good and then you’re trapped in quicksand. I was graded as the highest possible rating for my merit increase and got a $0.26 hourly increase. The company doesn’t care about everyone working on the back end of studies.
