The ice is thin over here at Syneos. Employee moral is at a low point due to increased pressure and responsibilities with no added resources or incentives to match. We’ve lost a lot of talent recently as the compensation often times isn’t worth what is asked of field reps. For the size of the company it often feels disorganized. It’s contract and chatter indicates its make or break time for contract extensions.
